Got free coffee vouchers and breakfast croissants every morning. Located in the heart of the city, everything was in walking distance. Free Wi-Fi.
Rooms were too small for the price. Noisy at night, hard to sleep.

The location was fairly convenient as it was right next to a busy highway, but be prepared for noise levels that may disturb your sleep. the room had a decent view and was comfortable enough to stay in for a night. the leisure facilities were alright, but as someone who likes being close to the beach, I appreciated the proximity to the water.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed which made for slow service.

The complementary coffee and utensils were nice to have. The location of the hotel was close to our desired activities. the hot tub and sauna were great after a long day of exploring.
Our room was smaller than expected and located close to a main road where there was a lot of noise from heavy trucks passing by all night. The lack of air conditioning made it stuffy and difficult to sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its cleanliness, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and convenient location very close to town centre and the start of Old Coach Road bike trail. We appreciated the comfortable beds and soft sheets, and had no issues leaving our car parked there all day while we explored the city.
Nothing, no complaints at all. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when visiting this city.

I recently stayed at this lodge in Ohakune for a snowboarding trip. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-furnished. The bathroom exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and tidiness. The staff was extremely helpful, organizing our shuttle to the Tongariro Crossing and even recommending a great bar and burger joint nearby. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.
